Health Takes Center Stage

We’ll all have to do our part to welcome our audiences, casts, crew and venue staff back to the theatre. We are introducing new safety protocols at the theatre following public health guidelines to allow us to reopen at full capacity. Here’s what you can expect when you come to the theatre.

Face Coverings

Masks are welcome and encouraged at all times in the venue regardless of vaccination status.

As conditions change, we may need to change our protocols based on public health guidelines and applicable law. If we make changes to our protocols, we will send an update to ticket holders by email, post an update on our social media channels, and update this website. Any ticket holder who does not follow any of these COVID-19 protocols may be asked to leave the theatre, and their ticket will not be refunded. The Value of Your Ticket is Safe

In the event we need to cancel any performance for any reason, you will have the option to receive a refund.

If your performance is postponed or rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date(s). If you are unable to attend the new dates, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include, without limitation, an exchange into an alternate performance.

The above policies apply to tickets sold by ArtTix and Broadway Across America for presentations at the Eccles Theater in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Contactless Entry & Payments

Your phone is your ticket to get in, and concessions will offer contactless purchasing options. We encourage you to use a debit or credit card at the box office when buying tickets.

Upgraded Air Filtration

For superior air quality, we’ve upgraded our HVAC systems to maximize outside airflow and enhanced filtration in accordance with ASHRAE and government standards.
