Buying New Subscriptions

A season ticket package—or subscription—allows you to purchase the same number of tickets for every show in our main package. Whenever possible, your performances will fall on a set day of the week and time, and you will also have the same seat assignment for each show. Season tickets usually go on sale around the second quarter of each year (May-June) after we announce the season lineup. To be notified when season tickets become available, you may sign up for our Waitlist here.

PACKAGE TOTAL: The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets, $60 in processing fees, $38.50 in facility fees/Arts for All fee per seat for the 7-Show package, 7.75% sales tax, optional Broadway at the Eccles Education fee and, if applicable, the BROADWAY PREMIUM/PATRON subscription.

Premium subscribers receive all the convenience of season tickets, premium seating locations, and additional benefits exclusive to Premium subscribers. For more information about subscriptions and benefits, please visit our Season page.

New and renewing subscribers have the option to take part in our interest-free Payment Plan when buying a season ticket package! Opting into the Payment Plan splits the total price of your season package into multiple installments, which we automatically charge to your card at no additional cost. Renewing Subscriptions

GET READY FOR YOUR UP COMING RENEWAL

Your season tickets will be automatically renewed each year beginning with your renewal for the 2023/2024 Season.

We’ll send an email that will ask you to update your payment information prior to the full 2023/2024 Season lineup announcement. Confirm the credit card you would like charged thru the link provided for your email. There is an interest free opt-in payment schedule for your renewal tickets if you wish to use the plan.

You’ll be charged for your renewal at the time of the 2324 season announcement. Please confirm your payment method and/or interest free opt-in schedule thru the advance emails provided to your current email address. Still need help? If you’re not interested in the upcoming season, cancellation is easy. Details for canceling your season tickets for the 2023/2024 Season will be included in a separate email after the 2023/2024 Season announcement.

Automatic Renewal is a program that makes it easy to keep your seats year after year! When we announce the next season, you won’t need to take any action -we will automatically renew your same seats using the card on file. Automatic Renewal subscribers are still able to opt into our interest-free Payment Plan and will receive an invitation to participate in upgrades after the renewal period ends. All season ticket holders will be automatically renewed on the date that the new season is announced. In an effort to make sure that you are notified of your season ticket renewal charges, you will receive multiple emails/calls about payment and opt-in payment plans in advance of the date. Cancelation of your season tickets will be available by email as well, or if we are unable to charge the card on file, your seats will be dropped, after many attempts have been made to contact you. Watch for your notifications. If you have received notifications that your seats have been dropped, but wish to keep your seats, contact us immediately at 801-355-5502, M-F, 10am-5 pm or email Utah.Service@BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com.

Exchanging and Adding Tickets

We understand conflicts arise. Do you know that one of the best benefits of being a Salt Lake City Season Subscriber is the ability to exchange tickets into another performance of the same show if for any reason you are no longer able to attend your selected date and time? Now you can Log in to your account. 

For the majority of shows, you will have up to 48 hours prior to your performance date (or by 5pm Friday for weekend shows) to complete your exchanges. Ticket Exchanges can be managed within your Broadway Account Manager.

The benefit of individual show exchanges typically begins four to six weeks after your benefit of upgrading your season package seats, day/time has ended. We will email the address on your account with specific information when this benefit opens up. Once exchanges are open, for the majority of the shows, you will have up to 48 hours prior to your performance date (or by 5pm Friday for weekend performances). We encourage subscribers to exchange prior to the public on sale of the performance for best availability. Once a show goes on sale to the public we can no longer guarantee comparable seating.

Exchanging tickets is a free benefit to Subscribers. The only cost you will incur is if you choose to upgrade to a more expensive seat location or performance.

We are thrilled to announce subscribers can now make their exchanges online via your Broadway Account. While we love assisting you over the phone, we know the longer wait times were frustrating, and since Representatives have the same inventory that is available online, you can now search any time of day when needing to make an exchange.

In addition, we’ve made it easy for you to purchase additional tickets for family or friends during the exchange process. Instructions are listed below.

To exchange your tickets online, follow these easy steps:

Visit https://saltlakecity.broadway.com/ and select My Account in the upper right corner.

On the Manage my Account page, select Season Subscriber and
sign in using your email and password on the following page.

Once you are signed in, navigate to the section of the page that states “to exchange your tickets, click HERE” and click the link.
The next page will list all your tickets available for exchange.

Click the orange arrow next to the show you would like to exchange.
Then select which tickets for that show you want to exchange. (That’s right, we’ve even made it possible for you to select just a portion of your tickets if you need)

On the next page select the new performance date of the same show you would like to attend.This will populate a map off the theater.
The seat locations in orange are open and available to choose. The seats in gray are occupied by other ticket holders.

Don’t see anything you like on that date and have another optional date? If there are other dates you can attend you can click Show Additional Performances in the upper left and select a different date.

Once you’ve found your seats, simply click on the location(s) and click add to cart in the bottom right and proceed to checkout.

Looking to add additional tickets at the same time?
Click on the available locations in orange that you would like, then click add to cart and proceed to check out.

To exchange your tickets online, navigate to my online account.

On the Manage my Account page, select Season Subscriber. Sign in using your email and password on the following page.

After signing in, navigate to the section of the page that states “to exchange your tickets, click HERE” and click the link. You will  be brought to a page that lists all tickets available for exchange. To select a show to exchange, click the orange arrow to the right of the
show. On the following pop up screen, select which tickets for that show you want to exchange.

On the following page, select the performance you’d like to exchange in to. You will be brought to a page with a map of the theater. Areas that are sold out will be gray, areas that are not sold out will be orange. To navigate to another date, you can click Show Additional Performances in the upper left of the window and select another date to review.

To select seats, click an area of the theater. Available seats will be colored depending on their price, gray seats are not available. You may select additional seats here in addition to exchanging your seats. When you’ve made your selections, click add to cart in the bottom right to proceed to checkout.

We will send an email announcing additional tickets are available for purchase and exchange. You may add tickets online by logging in to your account or over the phone 801-355-5502, in-person is not available at this time.

Although the exact time varies from season to season, additional tickets and exchanges are usually offered to subscribers in late spring or early summer, before the shows go on sale to the general public. We will send you an email notification with more information once additional tickets and exchanges become available.

Season Options/Specials are not part of the main package and are sold to subscribers on a first-come, first-serve basis, so we cannot guarantee your usual seats for them. Bear in mind that these shows often play for shorter runs or have different schedules than main package shows.Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

General Subscription Questions

We understand that emergencies happen. If an extenuating circumstance arose and you were unable to make the necessary exchange arrangements prior to the show, please contact Broadway at the Eccles as soon as possible at 801-355-5502, M-F 10am-5pm. During the weekend and after hours please email us at UtahService@BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com, or you can visit the Broadway representative in person at the Eccles Theater box office 1 hour prior to the show. No refunds can be offered for past shows, and we will not be able to make accommodations after a show’s final performance.

If your subscription tickets have been misplaced or destroyed, contact Salt Lake City at 801-355-5502, M-F 9am-5pm or Utah.Service@BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com as soon as possible to request a reprint.

Splitting or transferring subscriber accounts can be done if the current account holder makes this request in writing. You just need to send us a message by mail or email that lists the following:
  • Your name and account number
  • The exact seat(s) that you wish to transfer
  • Your friend’s complete information (name, mailing address, phone number, and email address)
  • Written permission for us to transfer your seats
You may send this as an email to Utah.Service@BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com, or via standard mail to our office at 610 East South Temple Suite #20, SLC, UT 84102. Please be sure to send transfer requests well before the renewal deadline! Once new accounts have been created only the new account holders will be able to manage their tickets.

During the renewal period, you may call us at (801) 355-5502 to see if there are any options for changing your seats. Bear in mind that our inventory may be limited or unavailable at this time.
Several weeks after the renewal deadline, all renewed subscribers will receive an email invitation to log in and browse options for subscription upgrades. Keep in mind that upgrades are possible only when seats become available through cancellations, meaning better seats may not be available in your desired performance day and time. You will retain your current seats if there are no upgrade opportunities that meet your needs.
IMPORTANT: You must have a valid email address to receive notifications about upgrades. Please add Announcements@BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com to your safe senders list so you do not miss any emails from us

If you have forgotten your password, go to “Subscriptions”and then click on “Forgot Password” and enter the email address associated with your account. A temporary password will be emailed to you -click on the link provided in the email and enter your new password. If you do not have an account or password, or do not know the email address registered to your account, please contact our customer service hotline at (801) 355-5502.

If you know your password but need to change it, enter your email address and click on “Forgot Password” and follow the instructions above.

To update your personal information, log into your account here. Then on the RH side of the page, click “Manage Your Account”,  and the information page will appear. Save your changes.
